AGR / TRANSPARENCY
Terms of use
The framework for using AGR’s informational website and the distinction between its content and a service engagement.
Version dated September 9, 2026Purpose of the website
This website is operated by Roch Dubois-Gagnon under the name AGR, an activity that is not registered as a business. agrlabs.ca presents AGR’s activities, method and experiments. These terms concern browsing the site and using its form. They are not a service agreement.
Requests and engagements
Submitting the form starts a conversation. It does not confirm project acceptance, a price or a delivery date. Scope, deliverables, fees, responsibilities and payment terms are set out in a separate agreement.
The site processes no payments and sells no subscriptions. Links to tools or projects do not grant access rights to those services.
Content and examples
Scenarios and diagrams explain a design approach. They do not guarantee a business outcome, time savings or error-free automated system behaviour. Integration possibilities depend on context, permissions and the selected platforms.
Website information is general. Legal, tax, regulatory or security needs specific to your organization require an appropriate assessment.
Permitted use
You may browse the pages, share links and contact AGR for a legitimate need.
- Do not submit unlawful, misleading or rights-infringing content.
- Do not try to bypass protections, compromise the site or disrupt its operation.
- Only send information you are authorized to share.
Brand and intellectual property
The AGR brand, visuals and content remain protected by applicable rights. Their presence on the website does not authorize commercial exploitation or representing yourself as an AGR partner.
Third-party trademarks belong to their holders. Separately licensed components remain subject to their own licences. Statutory copyright exceptions are preserved.
Availability and external links
Pages may change or become temporarily unavailable. Third-party websites and services have their own terms. A product reference is not a certification or guarantee from its provider.
Responsibilities and applicable rules
Each person remains responsible for how they use the site’s general information. These terms do not seek to exclude liability that cannot legally be limited or restrict mandatory rights.
A client project is governed by its signed agreement. Questions about the website may be directed to AGR before submitting a request.
Questions and changes
The revision date identifies the text version. Website changes may lead to updates to these terms.
